  • Steel Shell: Corrugated Corten A-grade structural steel base, precision-cut and heavily reinforced around serving hatches, windows, and entry doors.

  • Base Frame & Lift: ISO corner castings and integrated forklift pockets for easy multi-modal transport and rapid site positioning.

  • Flooring: Commercial-grade, non-slip heavy-duty vinyl sheeting with coved wall skirting, engineered for health-department compliance, effortless washdowns, and high-volume foot traffic.

  • Insulation & Interior Lining: 50mm thermal insulation (rockwool or spray foam) lined with food-grade, easy-clean white PVC or stainless-steel wall and ceiling panels.

4. Customer Access & Security Shutters

  • Serving Hatch: Hydraulic or gas-strut assisted outward-opening service window hatch fitted with weather seals and an internal security locking latch. A fold-down customer service bar/shelf can be mounted externally.

  • Primary Entry: Heavy-duty steel personnel access (PA) door with weather seals and a multi-point deadlock system for staff entry.

  • Anti-Vandal Security: Heavy-duty external steel security shutters or fold-down steel awnings that lock securely over the serving hatch and windows when the cafe is closed.
