1. Return Window & Eligibility

• Return Window: You have 14 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.

• Eligible Products: Standard, unmodified products (such as stock shipping containers, standard trailers, and forklifts) are eligible for return, provided they meet the return criteria below.

• Condition Requirement: Items must be in their original, unused, and undamaged condition, exactly as delivered.

 

2. Non-Returnable / Custom Items

• Custom & Modified Containers: Custom modified containers (e.g., containers with added doors, windows, insulation, electrical installations, or structural alterations) are built specifically to your floor plan and specifications. As such, custom modified items cannot be returned or refunded once fabrication or modification work has commenced.

• Special Clearance Sales: Items explicitly sold under "As-Is / Final Sale" clearance conditions are non-returnable unless they arrive damaged or defective.

3. Return Process

​

To initiate a return for an eligible standard item, please follow these steps:

1. Submit a Request: Contact our customer support team via email at [Your Support Email Address] or phone at [Your Contact Phone Number] within 14 days of delivery.

2. Provide Details: Include your invoice/order number, proof of purchase, photos of the product (showing its current condition), and the reason for the return.

3. Return Authorization: Once approved, we will provide you with a Return Authorization number and shipping/offloading instructions. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

4. Return Transport & Shipping Fees

​

• Customer Responsibility for Standard Returns: If you are returning an item due to change of mind or customer error, you (the buyer) are responsible for all transport, freight, crane/Hiab offloading, and logistics costs associated with returning the item to our designated facility in East London.

• Restocking Fee: Standard returns for change of mind may be subject to a restocking fee of up to 10% to 15% to cover handling and inspection.

• Defective or Incorrect Items: If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or incorrect due to our error, we will cover 100% of the return or exchange shipping costs.

5. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Goods

​

• Please inspect your container, forklift, or trailer immediately upon delivery.

• If your item arrives damaged, defective, or does not match the agreed order specification, you must notify us in writing within 48 hours of delivery with photographic/video evidence.

• Upon verification, we will arrange for a repair, full replacement, or full refund at zero additional cost to you.

6. Refund Process & Timelines

​

• Inspection: Once the returned item is received at our depot and inspected to confirm it is in original, undamaged condition, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

• Refund Method: Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method (e.g., bank EFT or payment gateway account).

• Processing Time: Refunds are processed within 5 to 7 business days following inspection and approval. Please note that bank processing times may vary depending on your financial institution.
