3. Material & Structural Specifications

  • Steel Construction: Heavy-gauge Corten A-grade weathering steel shell, precision cut down from a 40ft container, professionally butt-welded, and structurally re-joined to exact 30ft engineering tolerances.

  • Structural Reinforcement: Internal and external vertical corrugated steel ribs matched and welded to maintain structural rigidity and shear strength.

  • Frame & Corner Castings: ISO corner castings repositioned or structurally integrated at the exact 30ft profile points to support handling and stacking.

  • Flooring: Heavy-duty marine-grade waterproof treated plywood (or repaired original timber), inspected, sealed, and reinforced over cross-members to handle heavy point loads and equipment traffic.
