3. Material & Structural Specifications

  • Steel Construction: Corrugated Corten A-grade weathering steel exterior shell, structurally reinforced around all cutouts for doors, roller shutters, and ventilation.

  • Frame & Corner Castings: ISO 1161 heavy-duty corner castings for standard twist-lock handling, crane lifting, and multi-modal transport.

  • Flooring: Heavy-duty 4mm steel checker plate (or marine-grade plywood overlaid with industrial anti-slip vinyl), engineered to handle heavy point loads, dropped tools, and high foot traffic.

  • Insulation & Lining: 50mm high-density rockwool or polyurethane spray-foam insulation behind internal white-melamine or galvanized steel wall/ceiling panels for extreme thermal regulation.
