The 5 Ton Offshore Mud Cutting Skip is purpose-engineered for the safe containment, offshore rig-to-shore handling, and ocean transport of oil-based and water-based drill cuttings, drilling fluids, hazardous waste, and heavy production sludges. Designed to withstand severe dynamic loads during offshore crane operations, this unit prevents hazardous leaks, marine pollution, and environmental spillage in compliance with strict offshore environmental policies.
Certified strictly to DNV 2.7-1 / BS EN 12079 and ISO 10855 international offshore standards, each skip is constructed from heavy-gauge, corrosion-resistant Corten steel and finished with high-build marine epoxy primer and polyurethane topcoats. Featuring a fully sealed, mud-tight top access lid fitted with heavy-duty adjustable toggle clamps and oil-resistant rubber gaskets, it provides seamless filling, dumping, and stacking. Every unit comes complete with integrated corner lifting padeyes, 4-way forklift pockets, and a certified DNV 2.7-1 4-leg wire rope sling set with safety bow shackles.
