Base Frame: Welded steel floor joists fitted with integrated forklift pockets and ISO corner lifting points for efficient site positioning and relocation.
Flooring: 27mm marine-grade treated plywood overlaid with commercial-grade, heavy-duty anti-slip vinyl sheeting.
Insulation & Interior Lining: 50mm thermal insulation (rockwool or polyurethane foam) paired with clean, wipeable white-melamine or PVC interior wall and ceiling panels.
4. Access, Fenestration & Security
Primary Entry: Heavy-duty external steel personnel access door fitted with a multi-point locking system and weather seals.
Windows: Double-glazed uPVC or aluminum frame sliding office windows, optimized for natural light and cross-ventilation.
Security Grills: External steel security shutter bars or mesh security grills fitted over windows to prevent unauthorized entry when unoccupied.
