The DNV 2.7-1 Offshore Gas Cylinder Rack (CWLU 400178 Series), commonly referred to as a Gas Quad or Bottle Frame, is purpose-engineered for the safe transport, storage, and manifold distribution of compressed gas cylinders on offshore oil platforms, gas rigs, and marine vessels. Built to withstand extreme dynamic sea loads and harsh salt-spray environments, this unit safely houses up to 16 high-pressure industrial gas bottles (Oxygen, Nitrogen, Acetylene, Argon, or Diving Gas).
Certified to strict DNV 2.7-1 / BS EN 12079 and ISO 10855 international offshore standards, the frame is fabricated from heavy-duty structural steel with hot-dip galvanizing or high-build marine epoxy coatings. Each unit comes equipped with internal cylinder webbing/chain retainers, a protective steel roof frame, integrated high-pressure stainless steel manifold pipework, lifting padeyes, bottom forklift pockets, and a certified DNV 2.7-1 4-leg wire rope sling set with safety shackles.
