Offshore Helifuel Tank (DNV 2.7-1 / EN 12079 Certified)
The Offshore Helifuel Tank is a specialized portable tank container engineered for the safe transport, storage, and dispensing of JET A-1 aviation fuel to support offshore helicopter operations. Designed for use on offshore drilling rigs, production platforms, pipe-laying vessels, and helidecks, this unit complies strictly with international maritime and aviation safety regulations including DNV 2.7-1 / BS EN 12079, IMDG (UN T11), and UK CAA CAP 437 helideck standards.
Constructed with a heavy-duty 316L stainless steel inner vessel housed inside a protective carbon steel crash frame, the tank prevents fuel contamination and withstands extreme ocean dynamic loading. Each unit features a locked dispenser cabinet housing a pneumatic or electric dispensing pump system, aviation filtration (water barrier/coalescer), fuel hose reel with over-wing nozzle, relief valves, level gauges, top manhole access, and a certified DNV 2.7-1 4-leg wire rope sling set with safety shackles.
